UCE Garden Team

The UCE Garden Team will maintain the beauty, health, and sustainability of our gardens to nurture ourselves, our earth and the community. 

This team helps to carry out UCE’s mission to nurture the human spirit for a world made whole, because gardening is nurturing to our souls and it creates beauty and promotes environmental responsibility for our members and community.   

UCE’s Ends Statements that our work specifically addresses: 

  • We cultivate spiritual awareness, joy and wonder through words, music, the arts and the natural world.

  • We build beloved community through inclusive welcoming, compassion, care, generosity and forgiveness.

  • We act for peace and for social, economic, and environmental justice through study, advocacy and outreach.
